Lux Furs(www.muklukbootsonline.com)

Who said luxury was dead? On the Fall 2010 runway furs took center stage on designer runways from Marc Jacobs to Thakoon. The best of the bunch were lightweight or knitted fur that had an airy feel to them. Fur-trimmed hoods were also a big look. Although most of this fur was real on the runway, you'll be seeing plenty of faux fur alternatives come fall which will be much kinder to animals (and your pocketbook.)

This is not your momma's fur. Custo Barcelona's slightly wild take on the fur jacket includes strips of red dyed fur and an oversized cowl neck for fall.

Malandrino's fur pieces took on a warrior-like feel, like with this long-hair fur trim jacket in black. I think it may be some type of goat hair (Kiddasia?), but paired with leather it looks extra fierce.

I love the natural appeal of a shearling, and Malandrino's loosely wrapped, printed shearling captures the call of the wild.

Thakoon took a silver fox fur on the sporty side with a hood and three-quarter-length sleeves.
Head-to-toe fur too much for you? Try just a fur hood like Thakoon's model does for a touch of chic.
In one of the most original fur looks of the season, Thakoon makes a rough-edged look of asymmetrically cut fur with mink and fox mixed together.

Plain, old naturally colored fur not your thing? Try one of Zac Posen's lively furs, like this blue-striped version.

In a nod to lightening up traditional mink looks, Carolina Herrera mixed a print jacket with a fur collar and sleeves.

Keep your neck warm and your chic quotient high with this Carolina Herrera fur collar.
Barbara Tfank takes the traditional route with fur stole, still a classy look for evening.
I love this Marc Jacobs coat because it's young and fresh, but still very luxe with its smattering of sequins and Mongolian lamb trim.

Fit Flop Mukluk Boots ReviewFit Flop Mukluk Boots Review

The FitFlop Mukluk boots are an absolutely gorgeous style in the FitFlop women’s boot collection and is available in various colors for different tastes. The various styles are very in fashion for the fall and winter of 2009/2010. They have a bit of chic appeal and versatility, coupled with the fact that they are very healthy to wear when walking. This review takes a closer look at the women’s FitFlop Mukluk boots and the features and benefits of this style.
As you probably know, the FitFlop has been all the rage for the last couple of years. It’s been highlighted in several magazines and television shows, including Oprah. The reason? The FitFlops are an easy way to stay in shape while you walk. They hold several benefits including improved posture, better blood circulation, helps tighten abdominal muscles, strengthens the back, and helps reduce cellulite and tone the thighs. The technology behind these shoes is called Micro-Wobbleboard, which challenges the muscles as you walk. It started with sandals, but now FitFlop has moved into a more comprehensive line including shoes
and boots like the FitFlop Mukluk.
If I were to sum up the women’s Mukluk in one word, it would be “yummy”.They are a very comfortable boot with its 100% double faced Shearling (sheepskin). Your feet will slip in these boots and feel very warm and cozy. Another nice feature of the FitFlop Mukluk boots for women is that they are water and stain resistant which means your feet will stay warm and dry as you go about your day this wet and cold winter season. Another nice benefit is the textured anti-slip rubber outsole which means you don’t have to worry about slipping in the snow while walking.
So if you are looking for a winter workout solution that is a perfect go anywhere boot, than the FitFlop Mukluk is exactly what you are looking for.
Cost Information: The FitFlop Mukluk Boot for Women has a retail price of around $139 (depending on the style and the store) and are often available with free shipping from some respected online merchants.
